Enable your JavaScript SGS PostGraduate Application's Guide
1. Please read the Application Guide before you submit the application.
2. If you have sign-up previously start at step 4 of this guideline and use your existing username and password to login into SGS portal. Otherwise SIGN UP for SGS PostGraduate Application.
3. After clicking the 'Sign Up' your user account will be generated and upon successful generation , your username and password will be shown. Then go to SGS portal login interface by clicking button 'ENTER SGS PORTAL' and login using given username and password.
4. Once you have successfully login into SGS Portal please click link Apply New Application. You need to enter Programme level and structure type of the programme you want to apply and the semester you want to enroll. Then click button NEXT.
5. Next find Faculty/Institute and field of study. Enter the keyword of the field of study you want to apply and then click button FIND. Once you have found the field of study click on it. Then click button NEXT.
6. Next find your potential advisor if already identified. Click button FIND and search the advisor. Once you have found the advisor click on it. Note: If you have not identified your advisor yet just leave it blank. However you are strongly advised to identify and communicate with your potential advisor in order to speed-up your application process.
7. Summary of the programme selected will be shown. If you are satisfied and wish to apply for the programme then click button NEXT. Enter the following information to complete your application: Note:
1.Please click button NEXT to proceed until you reach item viii (Certification).
2. To confirm yourapplication please clicks the check box on section Certification at the last stage.
8. Save your summary of Application in PDF format for your own reference.
9. Payment of processing fee (Non-refundable processing fee)

LOCAL: RM60.00/APPLICATION.
INTERNATIONAL: USD60.00 OR EQUIVALENT/APPLICATION.

10. Please make sure all the following supporting documents are attached in your applicant portal. All uploaded documents must in jpeg and pdf format and not more than 2 MB. You are advised to compress the documents using https://www.ilovepdf.com/compress_pdf and if your documents are more than 1 page, please combine first using http://combinepdf.com before compress and upload it into the system.

11. The department or Faculty/Institute for your chosen programme will assess the academic quality and suitability of your application and will announce the result through your applicant portal within 2 months. Please refer to your portal from time to time to see the current status.
